Balloons & Tunes Wine Walk Returns
The Great Reno Balloon Race continues into the afternoon
(RENO, Nev.) – After waking up for a morning filled with spectacular balloons and pajama party fun, The Great Reno Balloon Race invites you to continue your experience at the seventh-annual Balloons & Tunes Wine Walk in Downtown Reno on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 2 to 5 p.m.
The Great Reno Balloon Race, Peppermill Hotel & Casino and the Riverwalk Merchants Association have joined forces once again to welcome Balloon Race pilots, crews, sponsors, locals and tourists to downtown Reno. All are invited to enjoy this lively event along our beautiful Truckee River, with live music, local art and wine tasting. Non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
Several Balloon Race pilots will be set up throughout the downtown Riverwalk with their hot-air balloon baskets, ready and willing to talk about the sport of ballooning and their own personal experiences.
Cost for the Wine Walk is $20, which includes a commemorative wine tasting glass and the chance to win raffle prizes.
