MAJOR SPONSORSHIP: $10,000 and up
These particular supporters have a signed agreement with The Great Reno Balloon Race Board of Trustees. Contracts can be customized to meet the specific needs of each unique sponsor. Since major sponsors offer tremendous support and services to the event, they receive the most exposure (banners around the launch field, full page program ad, exclusive hosting areas and priority in our scheduling of media day flights). This a premium level sponsorship and is therefore on a first come first serve basis to a limited number of sponsors.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP: $5,000
Silver sponsors recieve excellent exposure throughout the weekend without the investment of a major sponsorship. These sponsors will be recognized as Silver Sponsors in our official program and announcements throughout the weekend. They receive a quarter page program ad and a 10 x 10 exhibitor space in the vending line and much more.

CORPORATE LOGO SPONSORSHIP: $1,885
This is the specialty balloon sponsorship. It is for businesses and corporations that currently have a ballooning program for their special shaped or logo balloon that promotes a specific product or company. A room for the pilot is included in this fee. Along with Major Sponsor balloons, Logo balloons are given priority launch on media day.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP: $1,625
Tailored for businesses who want to become involved with the event, corporate sponsorships give local companies an opportunity to get noticed and have fun at the same time. Corporate sponsors receive two rides a day during the event and are allowed to fly a banner on the envelope of the balloon. Additionally, many corporate sponsors use their two rides per day as employee incentives or customer appreciation. Corporate sponsors provide one room for their pilot during the event.

FAMILY SPONSOR: $875
This sponsorship is for those who want to have a great weekend of flying and socializing. Created specifically to allow families, friends and non-profit groups to enjoy a taste of the event, this level includes a ride for one person each day of the Balloon Race. An opportunity to hang a banner on the basket of the balloon also exists. Family sponsors provide one room for their pilot during the event.

All sponsorships include an official jacket, tickets to all social functions and other perks only granted to official supporters of the event. Sponsorship sales are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. For more information please e-mail us.
