NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for supporting The Great Reno Balloon Race. As a local non-profit organization, your purchase is helping keep the event thriving and free.
Once you have purchased a VIP Parking Pass or Cloud 9 VIP, they will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. All sales, no matter the circumstance, are final.
If you cannot attend the event day for which you purchased passes, they can be transferred to another event day. Tickets can also be transferred to be used during the next year’s event. Ticket transfer request must be made by July 20th. Ticket transfer must be done with the GRBR Office by contacting email@example.com.
CHANGE OF MAILING ADDRESS
If you have changed mailing addresses since purchasing your Cloud 9 tickets, your request to change place of shipment must be made by July 15th.
In the case that the event is canceled, all tickets will be rolled over to the next year’s event. For those who are able, and if you contact us, we can direct your purchase as a donation to the 501(c)(3) nonprofit to sustain the organization, and we would do so with an abundance of gratitude.
